Daniel Shillinglaw is an emerging director, cinematographer, and colorist based in Albany, NY. He is currently a junior in the Film Conservatory at Purchase College, collaborating often with other directors in a variety of roles. 

Visual storytelling is central in his approach. Rich atmosphere, bold textures, and vivid colors drive his images. His editing is stylized but patient, striving to create a clear sense of mood and place.
